Team Lutheran Singers, Atlanta, GA

The Team Lutheran Singers developed out the Georgia African American Lutheran Association's Mass Choir. This newly formed group is under the direction of Alonzo Taylor, Minister of Music at St. Mark Lutheran Church, East Point, Georgia.

The Team Lutheran Singers is now comprised of voices from various Lutheran traditions and congregations — a blending of voices to singing praises to God. Our the goal is to have at least one voice from every Lutheran Church in metro Atlanta.

Recruiting New Members - Come and Sing!

All are invited to be part of the choir with the intent to build up a repertoire of gospel, spiritual, and a few jazz numbers to sing at events throughout the city. Recent Events

The Team Lutheran Singers performed the National Anthem for the "Lutheran Night at the Brave" game on July 22. This was the second year for this great honor. More voices are encouraged to participate. Please check the events page to learn of future performances.
