Team Lutheran Supports Hunger Walk

Hunger Walk logoJoin Hunger Walk/Run on Sunday, March 11, 2012 from 12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m. at Turner Field/Green Lot. The 5K route goes through historic downtown Atlanta and all funds raised benefit the Atlanta Community Food Bank and local hunger fighting organizations.

Please register today and help us fight hunger. This event is family friendly, energetic, engaging and fun--and makes a tremendous difference in the fight against hunger.

The Atlanta Community Food Bank organizes the event, but there are five other benefiting partner organizations that also receive funds:   Action Ministries-United Methodists, Episcopal Charities Foundation, The Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta, Lutheran Services of Georgia, and St. Vincent de Paul Society.
